Our return and refund policy

Returns and Refunds Policy for LUNE CHARM STUDIO LLC

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at contact@lunecharmstudio.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  3. Include your order number and reason for return in the package.
  4. Ship the package to our return address: 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801 United States
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 30 days.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

If your original payment method is no longer available, we may issue store credit or send a check to the billing address on file.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We recommend placing the new order first to ensure the item is in stock, then return the original item for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@lunecharmstudio.com or call +18437011583. Please provide your order number and a description of the issue, along with a photo if possible. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Items Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item at no cost to you.

Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for return within the 30-day period, unless specifically marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift Returns

If you received a gift and would like to return or exchange it, please contact our customer service team. We can process the return as store credit or exchange for another item of equal or lesser value.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent. In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
